Brewing Method

It is a procedure to enjoy mellow black tea, bancha, and fragrant tea leaves like herbs.

  1. Put 4g of tea leaves in the teapot
  2. Pour 90cc of hot water at 90 ℃
  3. After 60 seconds, pour the last drop into the cup.

For the second and third roasts, pour 90cc of hot water at 90 ℃, and after 30 seconds, pour into a teacup.
