Brewing Method

This is a procedure to enjoy the umami and astringency of green tea in a well-balanced way.

  1. Put 5g of tea leaves in a treasure jar
  2. Pour 90cc of hot water at 70 ℃
  3. After 60 seconds, pour the last drop into the cup.

For the second and third roasts, pour 90cc of hot water at 80 ℃, and after 30 seconds, pour into a teacup.
